Håkon has spent most of his working life at sea in Northern Norway, with a background in commercial fishing, maritime operations and expedition planning. He founded Northern Yachting AS to offer real Arctic journeys rather than standard sightseeing tours. His aim is to give guests a genuine sense of the place, built on local knowledge, safety and flexibility.

Audun grew up in Steigen, a small fishing community in Northern Norway, and has always been fascinated by the Arctic's rough landscape, culture and wildlife. His images are shaped by decades spent in the field, photographing locally and on expeditions along the Norwegian coast, where patience and an intimate understanding of wildlife behaviour turn fleeting moments into lasting photographs. As a member of Norske Naturfotografer, he combines biological knowledge with a lifelong passion for the coastal landscape. Throughout the expedition he provides practical guidance in the field, helping guests anticipate behaviour, recognise strong compositions and adapt quickly when Arctic conditions change.

Rune is an adventure photographer, film producer and visual storyteller based north of the Arctic Circle, and part of Arctic Media House AS. With more than 20 years photographing in the Arctic, he has developed a deep connection to the landscapes, light and people of the North. He works primarily in Northern Norway, Swedish Lapland and Svalbard, and is available for assignments worldwide. His award-winning work spans film production, commercial and adventure photography, certified drone operations, content creation and book production, including the books Galleri Narvik, Arctic Moments and Edge of the Arctic.

Simen grew up in a family with a great passion for food and was rarely far from the kitchen bench as a child. After culinary school in Tromsø, which he left early to take his trade certificate a year ahead of schedule, he worked at well-known restaurants such as Emmas Drømmekjøkken, Mathallen and Maskinverkstedet, and as head chef at Skirri. Since 2023 he has run his own company, Eliassen Matkunst, with a team of skilled chefs, a sommelier and his own restaurant.
