Can we book a single experience or service?

Yes. Partners can book an individual experience, transfer, vessel, guide or accommodation service without purchasing a complete programme.

How do trade rates work?

Net rates and commercial terms are available to verified travel partners. The applicable pricing, inclusions, payment schedule and cancellation terms will always be presented clearly before confirmation.

Can the itinerary be adapted to weather and changing conditions?

Yes. Weather and sea conditions are part of operating in Northern Norway. We build realistic alternatives where appropriate and stay close to the operation. Any change will always be based on safety, availability and what is best for the guest.

What should we include in the first brief?

Please include the preferred dates, number of guests, ages where relevant, interests, accommodation level, preferred pace and an approximate budget framework. Dietary requirements, mobility considerations and other important guest information can also be included.
